How do I redeem my Surprises?
From time to time, we’ll surprise you with a Gold Ticket by text. When you receive one, just show it to your server and provide your phone number to redeem your surprise.

Every Smile Society Surprise arrives by text message with your Gold Ticket, description, expiration dates and terms. When you’re ready to redeem your offer, let your server know about your gold ticket and provide your phone number to redeem.
Simple By Design
Smile Society doesn't ask you to earn points, scan receipts, or keep up with changing reward balances. Just show your ticket, we’ll lookup your phone number and you enjoy your meal.
Birthday Entreé
Two weeks before your birthday, you’ll receive an sms containing your gold ticket. Your free birthday entrée is valid two weeks before and two weeks after your birthdate.
